Terms & Conditions

Shipping Information

REPOSE ships to all destinations within Australia. 
We offer free standard shipping for all Australian orders over AU$80.00 
except for framed art that is sent with a special art courier and quoted upon request. We ship from Australia to most countries world-wide. All international shipping is calculated in the optional dollar conversion and does not include import duty which will be county-specific and based on delivery address. Please check your countries customs rates before purchasing.

Order of multiple items, especially when oversized, may be shipped in more than one package in which case two tracking numbers will be provided. If one of the items you have ordered is not yet available (pre-order) we will ship your order all together when the last item arrives in stock. We are not able to combine shipping for two separate orders.

If you are wanting any art to be stretched or framed, we suggest doing this locally due to the high expense of shipping, however, we can organise a service and shipping quote for you. Please email support@r-e-p-o-s-e.com

REPOSE reserves the right to withhold shipments whilst pending confirmation of the recipient's delivery address, payment details or proof of identification.



SHIPPING TIMES

All orders placed before 12pm on weekdays will be processed and shipped within 2-3 days, unless it is a pre-order item. Orders placed on a weekend day will be processed in 2-3 days on the next business day. Once dispatched, standard courier provides REPOSE customers with a 2-3 business day delivery service within metropolitan areas, however, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for locations outside of metropolitan areas and up to 6 business days for western Australia.

PLEASE NOTE there may be shipping delays due to unforseen circumstances.



NEW ZEALAND DUTIES AND TAXES

From 1 december 2019, a goods and services tax (gst) of 15% will apply to all low value goods under NZ$1000 shipping to New zealand customers. tax will be calculated and applied at checkout.

New Zealand customs will not impose any further taxes, duty or import entry fees on goods under NZ$1000.

If the total value of the package is over $1000 however, New Zealand customs will still collect tariff duty (if applicable) as well as import entry fees.

Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.



ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Orders placed for in-stock items are processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Once dispatched, our couriers provide REPOSE customers with a 2-3 business day delivery service within Australian metropolitan areas, however, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for locations outside of Australian metropolitan areas and up to 6 business days for western Australia.

PLEASE NOTE there may be shipping delays due to unforseen circumstances.

International orders are all shipped from Australia and the courier timeframe will vary from country to country ranging from 10-25 days.



TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.



Return Policy (all items excluding rugs, see note on rug policy below)

We do not accept returns on discounted or sale items unless faulty. If you are unhappy with your full purchase item you may return it within 7 business days of receiving it. Please submit your return via email at support@r-e-p-o-s-e.com. Please note we can not refund the tracking freight cost incurred to return the item. All items are to be returned in their packaged, labelled, unused, original condition.

RUG TERMS

We cannot accept returns on our made-to-order rugs. We strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges. Product images are taken in natural daylight to accurately display colours, however, please note that colours may appear differently on different screens. If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact support@r-e-p-o-s-e.com with a description and images of the defect.


FAULTY ITEMS

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect please contact us at support@r-e-p-o-s-e.com.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of incorrect use or care are not considered to be faulty.



INCORRECT ITEMS

If you have received an item different to the one you ordered, please immediately contact us at support@r-e-p-o-s-e.com



REFUNDS

Your refund will be credited to the credit card or paypal account used to make the original order. please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

If you have used a gift voucher to make your purchase, you will be issued a new credit voucher valid for 6 months and redeemable at REPOSE online.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once your return item has been received. Once your return has been approved you will receive a confirmation email. if your return does not meet our return policy requirements you will be contacted by our customer support team.



ITEM FAULTS

We strive to offer our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. In the case that you have received an item that is deemed faulty you can contact us at support@r-e-p-o-s-e.com

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of inappropriate use, wear and tear or incorrect care are not considered to be faulty.

Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on the individual and varying processing time of each bank and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items apply to items that have been marked down to clear. Items that are marked with sale are not eligible for return, unless in the event of them being faulty. We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment.



CREDIT VOUCHERS

Upon receipt of your returned order, we will issue you with a credit voucher to the value of your return via email. The voucher will include a voucher number and pin to redeem online at r-e-p-o-s-e.com.
 Please note credit vouchers are valid for 6 months and not refundable or redeemable for cash.



AFTERPAY PURCHASES

Afterpay purchases returned for a refund online will be refunded back through Afterpay. In cases where only part of an order is returned for a refund, Afterpay will automatically update your payment plan.

Any remaining payments will continue to be deducted from your specified payment method by Afterpay, and you will receive a credit note for the full purchase amount at the time of the return.

If your return is only eligible for a credit voucher, you will be issued this when your return is completed and continue to make any remaining payments through Afterpay.
